Do they have software in place for accounting, tenant ledgers, or inspections?

I must have looked at dozens of videos, blogs, and reviews on all the different types of software available.For all you seasoned investors out there, what software would you recommend to new investors?

Normally they're set up to take a lot of your money and sell you some kind of monthly software subscription.Search google for a white paper on tax lien/deed investing in your state. 

I am more than happy to speak with anyone looking at the software and have recommended it to several people.

I know it's not specific software for mileage or book keeping but I have 4 properties, have been doing this for 3 years, and just made a simple google sheet to track everything. 

On the plus side of where we are; rents have really shot up, we have far better RE investing tools, as well as better software and knowledge.

All of us, I think this is a political game to fool dumb people.

Not much to add, just wanted to express condolences...this sometimes happens in this game, even to the best of us.My only advice would be to stall and buy some time.
