For septic, we only had trouble 1 time out of 100+ homes and that was when the tenants had way more people living there than the system was permitted for (they were running a daycare from home and ran laundry all day and flushed diapers down the toilet) so it was backing up and had to be pumped/repaired several times. 

After you flush cut them, you need to hire a tree company to come grind the stumps, 6” below grade, fill the holes.

They like shiny and new and they overpay massively for it. 5 years later, their house is no longer new and the home value is the same as other used inventory.This is a sure fire way to see a bunch of your wealth flushed down the drain.Gary
