Contractors with marketing experience or intuition are likely folding that into their bids.

I can't wait forever, but I see a lot of pressure out there in REI to start and now it's ten-fold as people look to REI to save them from a 9-to-5 that may also be in jeopardy.

They were built by a developer whose business folded, and the units are nearly new.It sounds like a commercial loan will be extremely difficult to obtain, as I have no other properties aside from my primary residence.What about private funds as a loan source?
