Upon further examination, something weird is happening electrically on condenser unit circuit. 

Quick question:At a tenant's request, I am bringing a contractor out to examine some issues with the tenant's balcony.

The zoo eventually sold it to a developer and the title examiner missed the restriction.  

At the end of a few hours of work or a maybe a day we or one of our other contractors examine their work to see if it's up the quality that we believe. 

Currently I have completed a FL real estate coarse and will be taking the state exam in the near future.

I'll be taking my FL real estate exam in the next two weeks and will be hanging my license with a broker immediately.

We are simply examining the house to see if its a house we can close on fast.

Is there a particular site or method you'd recommend for assessing crime rates and risk when examining a potential deal?

It builds cushion into my deal, (just a thought as you examine your next purchase.)
