I don't know what happened but around 3pm Eastern today they went back to ugly. 

Cordova is on the eastern side of Memphis & stretches from somewhere just south of I40 to just north of Germantown.  

I definitely don't want to fire these guys just to find out that they were pretty much the average.This is for a single-family home in eastern North Carolina, in a military town.First, my receipt of rent fluctuates from the 4th to as late as the 12th each month, despite my confidence that they receive rent from the tenant on time in all cases.

In eastern NC, as an example, an E-5 with dependents earns $1338/mo in BAH while the market value for a 3bed/2bath within 20min is $1600/mo or more. 

We get a lot of clients who drive in from all around the South Eastern US but also a large continent of people fly in from the North Eastern/Midwest states.

Numbers are tight but attractive when there's value add opportunity.B neighborhood - Kamms Corner, Willowick, Brooklyn, Parma, Cleveland HTS south of Mayfield Rd.C+ neighborhood - West Park / western half of Jefferson neighborhood, NE Euclid.C neighborhood - Old Brooklyn, eastern half of Jefferson / Puritas-Longmead neighborhoods.My own personal go to neighborhoods are the B and C+ neighborhoods listed above.
