It would be a dream winter oasis for a northerner.

There are lots of reasons for this, but primarily development history and management issues.Question: What is the American Dream?

I know that sounds like an awful thing when your dream is probably to become a real estate investment mogul, but you're probably going to burn through your 40k pretty quick without any income.With that said, make it an educational job for where you want to be in life.

So I live in Silicon Valley and I am accustomed to seeing Car "candy"; yes those beautiful Audis, BMWs, Porsches, Benz (my dream business car is an Audi A8...maybe someday...).

Instead of living the American Dream of going out and doing it for yourself, you are relying on others to do it for you by asking for handouts.

I've not had much luck in locating like minded people who are more interested in investments versus selling a dream.

This is my dream and its going to come true! 

I am very passionate with real estate investing but I understand that it takes teamwork to make a dream work.
