Are there any specific networking events, platforms, or communities you’ve found helpful in finding accredited investors?

They also have a key backup.I'm less of an expert on security cameras because I live in a really safe community.

I have been apart of the BP community for many years, however have still not made my first purchase.

The repairs required by Section 8 after the initial inspection were pretty minimal, but I've heard that there are grants and certain lending programs that were available for Section 8 landlords (such as the Community Investment Program).

Once that is complete, we plan to purchase the Pro membership.From what I have seen, the REI community is one that is open to helping each other and look forward to meeting like-minded people in our area.
