Do you guys think there will be regulations that will be created around this that might affect those companies, or worse smaller businesses?

I think if you set up your platform listings appropriately you will do well.You could also contact local wedding and event coordinators and make them aware of your listing.

I think the engineering issues on them have been resolved.I've used a number of different brands (lower price point) and haven't had issues with any of them.

They are included everywhere else I can think of. 

Wouldnt you think the agent would have offered it to their established client base and it would have been scooped up right from the beginning from a local investor ?

I think they've done a great job of building their product and if you already have a property listed on Airbnb, it's super easy to import to MiniStays (though it's not difficult to list your property there if you don't.)

I hear a lot of landlords tout tenancy at will (m2m) because they think it will be easier to evict a tenant if things go south.
