I'd be concerned if there's an injury due to electrical and they discover that the house is faulty AND that we knew about it as the owner...seems like a bad time to me.True, since I'll be BRRRR-ing it, resale isn't as critical now, I should have said appraisal.

Certainly a good way to help the industry and/or farm business leads, but I'll bet very few of the sh***y ones would make that effort and/or expose themselves to that (constructively critical at times) feedback and discourse.

Also keep in mind that criticism makes you stronger.

Must be safe to inhabit with all critical systems in basic working order.

As an out of state investor, you turn key provider will be your primary boots on the ground so it's critical to work with someone that you can fully trust.
