If you know your comps well you can use the individual complexes’ websites to check their rates, but those can vary widely in accuracy.

I wonder if there is a legal leg to stand on to force the HOA to proceed.The complex is made up of several different buildings, some with 3/2, some with 2/2 condos, and some with 2/2 townhouse, so the structural damage is unfortunately pertinent to our unit of 8 dwellings (4 front, 4 back).

@Melanie HeigesThe cable from Spain to Virginia Beach has been laid underground finally and there is going to be a giant data hub similar to Ashburn VA near corporate landing.There’s tons of develop that is going to create jobs and hopefully make the market boom.They are also building a giant sporting complex near the convention center.

If you’re looking at a multi, factor in the increased expenses like lawn care and capex gets more complex because some capex items are one per unit and some are for the whole building.
