I am using it as you suggested to really compile the information I look for in deals and to be able to decipher between many deals that on the surface these days look so similar (everyone nearly has the same pref, IRR, equity multiple etc).

@Sean OToole, yes our primary requirements is to use Foreclosure in the area to run our marketing initiatives and have platform to analyze the areas where we can focus our marketing.Also with the other details on the property information, that is wealth of information, that might take us days to compile on from different website.I really wish you make IL you #1 on priority list, the market is still have a lot of foreclosures and I am sure you might be able to gather from great customers here in IL who can leverage your server, specially at the mouth watering subscription prices you offer.I haven't used the website, but I would be really interested in taking it for a spin for the areas that you operate.

Servicers make zero money doing this, it is a cost of about $7000 to the servicer to process, answer calls, compile documents, underwrite... so you need to be the most organized file to get it done.If you have a loan officer friend you might ask them to review the paperwork before submitting.
