@Jill Rubin..you need to find a mortgage broker who's linked with Change Wholesale and/or Quontic Bank (I'd find someone who's linked with both as they are competitors and both CDFI designations). 

Your business is selling a product that is 35% cheaper than your competitors for no reason. 

Now I see tons of competitors selling their homes, or converting to Long term rentals, or lowering prices by 2x, 3x just to get people in a few days a week.
