Combined with the other forums and podcasts out there you can spend a few weeks getting familiar with all this to make a good decision.But the short answer to you question is no - I would not buy this deal for $150,000 in order to run a mobile home park.

I wouldn't disregard modern heat pumps without real data.One caveat: Installing gas into a home that doesn't have it will significantly drive up your initial cost.

You'll need to reach 20% equity across the 2 combined homes which allows you to essentially move equity from one home to the other in one transaction rather then 2 (refinance, purchase).
