I can't be that easy to cloud title, can it?

Zoho...you can get what you need now with their free cloud based service. 

Cladg seems to be the only cloud-based solution that does not require a computer to be running.

Any time you grant an equitable interest in ownership  rights that creates a cloud on title, an eviction does not erase clouds on title, only a foreclosure will or the buyer granting back.

You don't want their fear to cloud your judgment...and it is fear on their part. 

I currently work for one of the top cloud-technology companies in the world developing new markets and I wouldn't trade working for anyone else (at least for now). 

I can see why.. also personal preferences have a way of clouding judgement.. there are many reasons why trying to hold business investments or conduct any type of business as a sole proprietor makes not much sense.. it doesn't mean it doesn't for you though.I also don't remember him saying he wanted legal advice but rather trying to decide which state to incorporate.

Most of the elephant chasers think that this is easy and that they just need to find one big capital partner to make it happen.  

I would expect the closing and a warranty deed would cost less than $1,200 unless there are clouds on the title or previous liens which must be cleared before a title insurance policy can be issued.
