If you go to a seminar and some so called guru is painting the entire industry with one broad brush that's the first signal to bail. 

A brushed nickel one to go along with the brushed nickel fixture would be nice.

White outlets/covers, stainless or brushed look hinges, knobs, lighting etc.

That said, I think you need to do some more reading here on BP to understand some of the concepts you are just brushing up against.  

You also might want to brush up on your negotiation skills so you can approach them with confidence.We can't use bandit signs here in Philly but if they're legal in your area a good trick is to look up traffic patterns on Google maps and place them at the most congested intersections in your market area.
