For painting the vinyl, would spraying or brushing/rolling be recommended?

After reading what I posted I see how it comes across as dismissive and paints the profession with a broad brush.

Replacing old hardware with modern finishes like brushed nickel or matte black can also make a big difference.

No matter how often I show these pics, No matter how much proof I post, for some reason people just do not grasp how important this concept is and they brush it off as not realistic.I have ranked many a sites#1, not just my site:in markets like southern cali, and dallas...I am an investor just like you.. ok maybe not JUST like you..

Coffee sounds great too, I'd just need to brush up more on the basics so your advice can really sink in.

He said although PITAs are not a protected class, since these people *are* in a protected class, he doesn't advise that I summarily brush them off until I have a better reason than PITA-ism. 

I cut my teeth selling fuller brush door to door. so I could handle rejection I understood how to set up a buyer or a listing.. and I worked very hard.

I could never find the time for investing while working.I will continue to stay busy and brush up on my investing skills and keep everyone posted on where I am at.

If you go to a seminar and some so called guru is painting the entire industry with one broad brush that's the first signal to bail. 

A brushed nickel one to go along with the brushed nickel fixture would be nice.
