Here is the long version:I have a problem that I hope people can help brainstorm perspectives.

I wonder, and I am just brainstorming here, if you could transfer title into a trust and then assign the beneficial interest to your LLC?

Just brainstorming how this might work. 

Been brainstorming this topic for a while now,... is it necessary to have a  realtor's license to get into being a wholesaler in real estate investing?

Since the building is fully occupied, we felt like there was less urgency on interior upgrade planning, but we certainly didn’t brainstorm too much about the exterior/curb appeal, so this thread has been enlightening.

There are definitely many options other than the ones I mentioned, but figured I’d brainstorm a few for you.

Do what you need to “live on” personally  -then add the other real estate to IRAs, ESAs, HSAs and 401ks. just think about it, brainstorm with a cpa or tax planner or tax attorney—it will become clear.
