Mostly tolerable, except there is a child who periodically gallops the length of the house for up to 30 mins at a time.Dish detergent and body wash seem to be watered down.One, repeat 1, towel each for 2 people for 9 days. 2 rolls of TP.No house manual /house rules.At least it's better than the one in Chicago last year with a giant hair clog in the shower drain and tons of disgusting leftovers in the fridge (and lots more stuff).

Yes, you can complain all you want to that agent's broker, or that agents regulatory body at the local or state level but, I suspect your complaint will fall on deaf ears as it appears they aren't doing anything wrong.

I completely understand where @Nicole Heasley and @Wil Reichardare coming from, but after being in this biz for a decade in NYC, Baltimore and DC, there are alot of things that you are going to want to react to immediately, but must help out in an indirect manner.

It would be helpful to know how the courts have reacted in the past.You should also calculate the costs of setting up the LLC, buying separate Business Auto policy, any additional Tax or Accounting charges.

The goal, IMO, is for state consumer protection agencies to be proactive rather than react... do something before the cases get to court, so Judge Robert Gibson doesn't have to make comments like (alleged) "It’s just pure evil" about activities that should be caught with a few good preventative techniques (e.g. web crawlers, automated scripts running simple heuristic filters, etc.) and some part time Consumer Protection supervision.

If any body the liens are 2 years old or older (Which is the only ones I buy) then you can file the tax deed application (its to acquire the deed).
