No more are the days of stock price movements based solely on earnings reports…today stock prices are driven by CEO tweets, foreign political victories, threats of terrorist attack, rumored product launches, customer PR backlash, insider information and more.Keeping up is exhausting.Therefore, investing based on long term fundamentals is a more prudent and reliable strategy than betting on a singular info bit…only a rare few (if any) know what’s truly driving the market each day.

Put these properties in LLC's that are owned and created by XYZ LLC. example: 124 main LLC and 445 Rodeo LLC Are formed by XYZ LLC and are used on title for properties.We are talking about an OUTSIDE Attack here- I.E. the lawsuit is from outside the LLC's.

The IRS might try to go that route, but you can defend against such attack if the properties are true rentals.Your CPA can have some valid reasons to suggest the change, but concern about dealer status is not a very good reason.

@Raina B.You have to remember, lenders do not count the tenants rent as income, because anything can happen where all of a sudden you no tenants paying you rent (a bad storm, a fire, sudden surge in violence, terrorist attack, etc.).
