DSCR loans aren't an option for owner occupants.it's worth it. 

The new tenants saw the property with bare dirt and many tenants aren't going to take care of the house or lawn the same way you would.

If you are talking about Tax liens you aren't buying the property but the credit of the unpaid taxes on which gaining interest.

@Dylan Speer, subject-to deals aren't really risky because I believe the seller's are typically already in a really bad position with very little to lose.

Ultimately I support whatever he decides, but we aren’t in the real estate industry most of the time.

We aren't sure what the cause was but had to rerun lines that were leaking, even in use!
