I started studying, reading, etc. we attended our local REIA and listened to Chad Carson.

I can seevalue in a large local network but the entire process was disrupted by it.·        With over 100 people in attendance, you wonderhow many people are serious vs curiousConclusion: I had fun.

However for others I can see this being quite good for them.. at least the one I attended. especially those looking to scale and grow..

@Thomas WrightYou may benefit from attending a local real estate investing networking event in Brooklyn.More often than not - there will be a wide range of professionals attending the event form realtors/investors/lenders.If you connect with some well - you can exchange numbers and grab coffee/lunch.
