Syndications and funds are a great, truly passive real estate investments that can marinate while you are still over there.I wonder if you've thought about investing where you are now and using real estate as a bridge to potential dual citizenship there.

The bank said they can act as a cosigner on the new loan without being collateral.The only problem is that I am still upside down about $500 dollars a month with cashflow.Only suggestion I'll add, that hasn't already been mentioned, is that you don't have to refinance with the same bank.
