It is a pretty robust program that's fully customizable. 

At lease with a Co-Opp there are programs for local, state, federal, grants (several are being pursued).

There are manufacturers that offer programs where we can buy new homes from them on contract to then sell on our lots but that is expensive and the paperwork is overwhelming.  

You had posted here 3 years ago about grants the city of Phoenix was rolling out for rehab on multifamily - can you please tell me if that program still exists, and how I can find out more information?

I have had a few recommendations for credit unions in the area with great programs, but because my primary residence is in Florida I do not qualify for membership.

@David Sussman right now I’m using a different skip tracing program and out of the phone numbers that I get, I can get 40% to 50% of those people on the phone.

I found a software program that is fantastic.

We are out of state investors with CASH to buy a property, we have been coached, still mentored in a program, and now want to make a move for cashflow.

You'll likely see higher fees and/or rates with those sorts of programs. 

I am in the program at the moment and have religiously following and focusing on his content.
