I know its a thing just wondering if any of you mover and shaker big time property owners would do that.I was in Costa Rica a little while back and the price points there were quite a bit higher.. but of course its not forever to fly there either..Since the boss is a high producing real estate agent in her own right the last thing she is going to let me do is break her away from shopping and the pool to go look at real estate.. :)Anyone own anything over here....  ????  

I have properties here in Seattle (around Tacoma area) and I am looking at out of state options because it's very difficult to buy at the right price and have cash flow here.

The new owner might raise the rent or mover her out.So, offer to make it worth her while.
