I agree your history makes sense for your investments and risk tolerance, but a lot of people want to put the 2nd SFR into an LLC once it becomes an investment.I usually advise people to bundle about $3-500k in equity into a single LLC, in Texas we have a series LLC which can really provide the best of both worlds--separate entities, but much lower costs.

But this (pic) was the reason one of our Incandescent bulb fixtures kept flickering on & off, it also created flicker in others connected in series.
