Hinds  Rankin and Madison counties.. all but one have been sold or turned into long term notes .. the investors who pay us on the notes generally are renting section 8..  

The main difference is this property (duplex) is set up for tenants to cover their utilities, we only pay trash as required by Madison County.

I have investments LTR in Huntsville, Madison AL. 

I’d also suggest taking a look at Athens, Decatur, and Madison.

Yes, I live in Madison, AL (next too Huntsville). 

Despite the miserable cold, cities like Milwaukee and Wisconsin constantly receive high quality of life ratings...I travel to Madison infrequently...but the prices in these cities may be hard to touch.

Right now we are looking at Huntsville, Al (and Madison, Al) and the places I mentioned above (Tennessee and Myrtle Beach).
