Good Morning BP family, I have come across a possible STEAL deal. property is FSBO and he is firm on his asking price of $110k & wants to sell ASAP. his reason for selling is to purchase equipment for his winter business. long story short, i ran my numbers and comps on the property (realestateabc.com) and this is what I've come up with...Asking price is $110k, ARV of property $248,568 minus aprox. $10k for repairs.
