It is worth running the numbers to see how long it takes you to recoup the larger down payment through lower monthly payments.I don't think the 5/1 ARM is worth considering, unless you plan to sell before the 5 years is up.On a side note, what bank is quoting 4.85% for a commercial loan with a 30-year term?
