I look at every single item in the pro forma and imagine that it is complete BS, and see if I can challenge it.

I would imagine that the long term effects of vapor in an apartment, in any, would be far less problematic than cigarette smoke.

For me it is really hard to imagine that people can purposefully act this way.What is even worse is that Cama Plan IRA has brought him in to do talks such as "flipping 101", etc.

I'm not a lawyer but I have to imagine you can get the tenants to sign a new lease now with your name and everything on it that is contingent upon this sale going through.

I was wondering if I should get a general contractor to do all of the work or get independent sub contractors like for pouring foundation and framing etc...I was also looking at prefab walls made by wood or steel.

I would imagine furnishings could cost a bit to do right.
