I'd imagine multiple smaller units would drive up revenue per sqft.I have always wanted to do rv/boat/car stoarge and toss up some good size solar panels and charge premium for covered parking haha.

I was wondering if I should get a general contractor to do all of the work or get independent sub contractors like for pouring foundation and framing etc...I was also looking at prefab walls made by wood or steel.
