I'm hoping to get started with REI within the next several months and I'm looking for some referrals for professionals to have on my team and investor colleagues (especially other females).

@Peter Chesterand @Shane Pearlman,Like @Minh Le and @Jeff Greenberg, all my partnerships have been 50/50 equity ownership with a single other partner (Technically, my partner and their spouse - both male and female.)

But then again, I've worked for asset managers and hedge funds my whole life, and Asians in general are pretty big on the concept and benefits of property ownership.

I am also a female.

And it was nice to hear it from a female perspective also!

Being a kind landlord and having to rent to bad tenants is a mismatch, maybe its because I'm female, but every now and then I still get disheartened.

Perhaps even provide a turnkey solution for the MENA investor, similar to what some companies are doing in Asia for the Asian investor.
