As a newbie to BP, I can't comment on the old website, but I can say that the new site is great...easy to navigate, good visual layout and SO much valuable content!

You could also paint the deck, and/or add texture to it for a visual change.  

A lot of people apparently have no ability to 'see' unless it's physically in front of them - they cannot visualize.

I do think the two tend to have a loose correlation, but clearly every market is going to have its own dynamics.

So, I did go by to do a visual inspection and peeked in through the windows and a side door was actually not secure so I was able to take a visual as well.

Kinda hard visualizing it from your description.

Buyers are not seeing any old or ruined items, everything is new, so even if you are only up to teh framing, the home still looks clean and fresh, with your renderings for visualization.
