Feedback on customer service, transaction efficiency, fees (disclosed and surprise) would be appreciated.

Again, I don't operate in the lending/mortgage space, so can't speak to if your gripe is valid or not, but the borrower is your customer... don't like it, find another customer.  

I agree about scaling and walking around the hood with a wad of cash is stupid but that’s what these people know that’s your clientele and you gotta  know your customer and willingly accept their flaws .

I only found .05% on their site.Thanks It wasn't an intro rate, I was actually at 1.15% and noticed their rates bumped up so I asked their customer support and they adjusted my rate to 1.85%.

They are the experts and have the best customer service ratings.
