Wow, @Jay Hinrichs thanks for the endorsement, I guess I must be doing something right to generate such kind remarks.

My wife and I teamed up to provide a quality full service management company with no marketing with the exception of word of mouth and a few passing remarks on Facebook.

Honestly, I'm kinda surprised to see (the few) snarky remarks pop up in response to someone merely seeking some advice, thankful for that advice, and actually planning on heeding much of it as well.

I saw so many remarks here (many are old posts) and wondering are any of the members posting short sale questions on this thread still doing anything with short sales?

What has been remarkable in the past few weeks, is how well the groups (buyers, sellers, lenders, vendors, etc.) have worked together to find solutions.

I certainly did not mean any offense by the prior remarks I made.
