Tops in the industry .

Does this have relevance to a SFR and 2-4 unit strategy or just more systems-intensive MF, office and industrial assets?  

I Really want to jump all in and looking to grow fast in the industry, but I know I need to learn a lot of information about the field.

But if 3/1 is $500k and the condo is $400k located in the C neighborhood then the condo appreciation is pretty limited.These problems with condos is very local.Like any other thing on the investment industry, every investment is meh to ok to good but to create phenomenal return one needs to time it correctly and with lot of dig deeper analysis for adjustment.  

In Orlando, you have the opportunity to drive appreciation by buying a poorly performing, underdecorated STR at and drive appreciation by transforming it to a highly themed, well decorated property which books well.

The area is in transformation so I knew equity would happen over time as well.
