I see where most people who are just starting out looking to get into notes are (to me, anyway) barking up the wrong tree.

I like to be able to drop by and see what's going on,so investing in something in the Midwest isn't my cup of tea.

we provide coffee/tea to every guest, and refresh linens per request, provide misc items like car brush/umbrella/battery, etc. 

I would like a contractor to do some tree work on my first rental next week. 

Union City is an easy commute to NYC and the Mayor (although controversial) has done a lot to improve the city like repaving sidewalks, adding trees and nicer street lights and adding parks, pools and sprinkler parks.

Once you cross over Holmes, things hold on, it doesn't have as many mature trees and the yards don't look quite as nice, but it still looks fine. 

Older homes may have clay or cast iron...might not need to be done right away but great leverage point.Trees ...have someone come out for estimate to trim the trees.

Thank God the good people of northern LA keep planting more pine trees to feed the paper mills.And yet, people spend tens of thousands every single month to mail out postcards and those ridiculous yellow letters. 

Cut down all the trees you want, but don't poison the water!!!
