Hi-I am daily shocked at how supportive BP is.

This chasm is huge and surprising to most people who do not deal with it on a daily basis.One other suggestion I have.

Just curious, i didn't know if i was passing up deals daily or if they have know use for my type of service.

I get emails daily from my realtor, I drive neighbors, I always talk to people about real estate, you never know who owns property. 

I do those daily.
