Which is the goal.So basically can by requiring it but not enforcing it do I still achieve a level of protection against a claim holding me responsible for damaged/stolen personal property of the tenant?

One investor guy gave me a nice assorted basket of smoked meats and cheese from a local store here, very good stuff not that mail order stuff, had a note with it, something about he thought I could use the food after I sold him a house, joke being he thought he had stolen it.

Hi Peter,I used to work for TransUnion (international, not domestic) but as some easy-to-check suggestions colleagues used to reinforce to their clients1) ensure you are using TransUnion and not an affiliate (nothing wrong with an affiliate by any means, just know who you are using).2) confirm SSN and that it belongs to him/her, i.e. never mis-used, reported stolen etc.3) double check accuracy of full postal addresses, no PO Boxes, Street vs.

I can back one weekend and my house had been broken into during the week and everything had been stolen. including the safe. 620ozs was stolen. at the time it was valued at approx. 14-15k. everything I had saved.

I can attest to contractors only working in certain areas.. many would not go anywhere near C class neighborhoods PERIOD end of discussion .. no matter what they could charge.. they did not want to get their tools stolen etc.
