Three years ago, at the age of 18, I partnered with my parents on our first single-family rental.

@Daniel Sam just did a quick search on Zillow in those areas roughly (just put the map over those general zip codes) and there are about 152 homes currently listed for sale that are 3+ bedrooms, less than $150k, and single-family houses.

I have no idea why (never had a single fraud issue), but after spending several hours going down the rabbithole of figuring why this happened, we just want a solution.Some of the other banks we are with seem to make it overly complicated to have more than a single account.Any recos?

My son, Jorge, has an off-market Single-Family in Katy, Texas, that might be a good fit.

Also, if this is the approach that we go with, does there ever come a time in your mind where we would sell the other single-family rental and upscale that into another multifamily as well?
