Was a few minutes late too.Steps out of the car and extinguishes a cigarette on the sidewalk ... strike 2, this is a non-smoking house and he didn't bother picking up the cigarette butt.Looking at the house he comments "Nice kitchen, but I don't care about that ... that is for woman!"

Yep, lots of enormous lots - which at first I thought - yikes, lots of fencing to repair, huge landscaping to deal with, possibly lots of sidewalk to be liable for, etc.

The house was beach pink with doors falling off, crap all in the yard, smelled like a cigarette, moldy carpet glued to the sidewalk outside, etc... after we finished making it beautiful and white, pulling carpet and sealing sidewalk with a nice color, landscaping, etc, a lady teacher yelled "thank you, that really transforms the look around here, we appreciate all your work".That was cool.

We reported it & 10 guys & equipment showed up from the town & deemed it a potential hazard BUT we could NOT remove it ourselves, even though we had also complained that tree limbs (widow makers) were falling on the sidewalk used by young school kids.
