When you put your assignment fee on top, it strains the existing economics, so you have to get a price lower than what it's worth to handle the fee.Most people find assignment buyers by posting on the MHU forum and saying that they have an assignment for sale.

(charge them a bit more for subleasing) That way you can charge thw corp for damages,  rent owed and not have to chase down anonymous rotating renters.

One ladder at one side of the room, the other ladder at the other side of the room, and the walk board between the two.Takes a minute extra time to set up for each room (Rotate the whole assembly on right angles as you move around the room), but when doing cut in at a ceiling it beats the pants off the old grind of "Paint 3 feet, climb down, move the ladder, climb up, pant 3 feet... wash, rinse, repeat"(Of course, I'd rather have stilts, but not everybody will invest that kind of money in tools)This is a sturdy setup that will cost maybe a hundred bucks at maximum (No need to buy really expensive ladders to do this), and will save you a ton of time... especially in hallways!

Palmdale/Lancaster doesn't do it for me for the reasons I stated, and as far as picking through looking for a renter's pool....I figure why strain so hard to find good renters when other places have more obvious, bigger pools of them?
