It's a distraction, it's just creating a fancy name "Velocity Banking" and treating it like a magic wand without testing the financial math behind the whole philosophy.

But now, every RE owner in NY is being measured with the same stick, and since the political leanings, philosophies on entitlement, and way of life of NYC compared to Upstate are EXTREMELY different, one size most definitely does not fit all.
