Common fees will include a set-up fee, a leasing fee for each turnover or a lease renewal fee, marking up maintenance, retaining late fees, and more.

First because reviews don’t transfer the buyer could set up the identical home across the street.

Dewitt Gibson my thoughts would be that going through the franchise in most cases unless they have something in their contract, me you have to stay online with their branding and marketing set up what’s as opposed to buying one outright you have full rights to brand and market how you please.

But netting add more cost at set up and requires maintenance.
