What about if the original LLC has a fully paid off house in its name?

Weeks later, you'll find the original check was no good, and you'll be out the money you sent them.  

There’s often room for origination points, typically between 1-3%, that will add to your upfront costs.

All, at most, have had minimal fees - $500 for origination, etc.I closed a cash out refi this past week at a miserable 8.25%.

My original plan was just to flip this like everything else.
