In Valencia we have multiple flips that we are now finishing (a building and a garage that we are transforming into apartments).

If multiple neighbors contact the property owner or local authorities, it might increase the pressure to resolve these issues.

We also can't have renters dealing with the humidifiers as it is a mold problem/foundation issue if it isn't taken care of.We are taking pictures and videos of everything, we have multiple professionals that have documented everything (and told us to lawyer up) and have neighbors that we have already had agree to discuss their drainage problems when we get a lawyer.  

I have multiple LTRs in Florida and 2 BnBs, and none have been hit hard by insurance.

I own multiple LLCs and partnerships, and I’ll be moving between different houses over the next year.

If we have multiple properties, do the properties need to be held under separate LLCs or can they be under 1 LLC? 

With the HOA payment at the condo, I don't pay any utilities, I don't worry about landscaping or maintaining the multiple pools, hot tubs, lazy river, etc.  

It doesn't just teach multiple paths of income.

Did you make it clear to them that you're an investor and planning on doing multiple deals?

We've invested in multiple syndications and while I'm no expert on them, I will say that this sounds like one of those "too good to be true" situations.
