The plumbing is always an issue too, but its normally more obvious if the plumbing was done by checking to see if the two handled shower valves were swapped out and if the rough plumbing looks modern (copper/pvc). 

Real estate is a people business, see if your broker is a member of any local chambers, start involving yourself in your place of worship, if things are slow go to a local Starbucks (wear your name tag) with your laptop, just GET OUT in to the community.

I'd imagine that will be enough for you - should work great on most modern iPhones.

I was thinking of taking my laptop to the store and literally buying them and cashing them out at the desk there when we were purchasing materials post 10% discount.

The only key not working on my Dell Inspiron 9400 laptop is the comma key.... and I am a comma kinda guy.It is out of warranty and working great otherwise.
