Now I'm building both my Agency and REI businesses.

My business isn't agency so I don't really care but it is very difficult to be an agent in this market.

If not, it wouldn't hurt to network at local REIA meetings, and/or call up some local agencies and ask for agents that specialize in working with investors.

Or there may be a need to rebid, or get additional inspections, or issues with government agencies hold it up.Maybe the management company is having problems with bids, internal issues, bad manager, even a bad supervisor (yes, that can affect this).

Also, looking for an agency that as real estate investors currently successful in investor while being a successful agent.The point of this thread is see what agents are on BP and currently investing.

You can usually look online at local real estate agencies websites to view what is for sale in your area or get in touch with a local real estate agent who would be able to help.
