Though good for homeowners, Curbio should include a minimum listing period, so that Homeowners don’t game the system to get quick & affordable renovations (e.g. listing without intending to sell, and quickly executing the buy-out).

So again, I'm not passing judgement on the actual program you are investigating... but will tell you that there are few secrets in the real estate / wealth "game".  

So why not keep good tenants and show them respect if they are paying and keeping the place clean.Landlords/Management Cos sometimes forget this is more of a customer relations game and not I'm the landlord and do as I say. 

What is your game pan for the property and how do you propse to make the monthly payments?

If you're not careful you can easily end up paying $200/mo in subscriptions without even realizing it (this has been the case with my partner and I, between video game stuff and music and entertainment, etc. etc...).

The end game is awesome and rewarding.

I'm actively a broker & property manager and have dealt with tenants in this category, they know how to play the game better than most. 

That's for single family and small multis and if that's your game then that's good. 

I know I need to up my game and start investing if I want to make a dent in those bills.
