I think the mold was probably contained in their mattress, but as it was in direct contact with the floor, would you recommend I do a mold test in the room now that new tenants have moved in?

But again I bought them brand new. and paid 175 to 225k each for them. so they only hit the .05 to .75 rule.. but they break even which was fine with me because each one saved me 20 to 30k in direct tax payment to Uncle in the year I bought them..

However, I would always prefer to deal with fully honorable business people to watch my back.But she and her husband really blew it getting into federally regulated stuff like futures and making claims in direct mail that became federal securities/wire fraud violations.

The floor drain might not be tied in directly to a dedicated discharge line like it's supposed to.

There can be no direct or indirect benefit between the plan and a disqualified party - meaning you cannot receive income from plan investments among other things (except of course by taking a distribution from the retirement plan, which may be taxable).A self directed plan may utilize a mortgage to purchase property, in which case all income still returns to the plan.  

 @Leo Goykhman well i have a list to those pre-foreclosures and foreclosures. i am based here in NYC but have been trying in a different county then my city limits and it is extremely competitive. i guess it is more in direct relation to how is your local market moving honestly. that may determine your approach hope it helps.
