It’s a very different game the moment you put that “Invest” button on your website.

(I currently have a P&L spreadsheet that has been working great for me thus far), but when it comes time to make important calculations every bit of mentorship along the way will be incredibly important.

They are incredibly understaffed and will view this as a civil issue. 

Bottom line for some investors there is going to be some incredible path of progress windfalls.

If I pulled to put on a rental property for around 200k then after property tax, property management, mortgage, insurance I’d probably be cash flowing much less than my 5.5% at the moment.
