Right now I'm just sitting on them since I talked the bank into escrowing 2 years of taxes and I got the taxes cut in half recently (I contested the taxes with the county and won) so they're actually paying taxes for 4 years.Its a fascinating deal though to think that you are now the owner/developer of a 22 lot complex and that you got that project with NO MONEY DOWN!
