Hi everyone, I've been doing some research on people finding/reverse phone number websites and it seems that White Pages has the best reviews.

Also, it would be great if I could get some suggestions on what website/tool to use to do background checks and e-sign lease agreements.  

Websites like Zillow often have owner information, especially if the property is currently listed for sale or rent.

@Jay Hinrichs has a website you should check out that is evaluating turnkey companies.

Don't forget that once your LLC is registered you will also need to go to the IRS website and request an EIN.

Is there a good website for where you can input the terms to track the loan? 

You need software to do due diligence (websites/skiptrace etc).

Start on a small scale, handle your student debt and daily costs, and think about smart funding ways like getting the seller to help, borrowing from private lenders, or using websites that gather money from lots of people.

My hesitation is that I don't want a phase 1 that turns up nothing to lull us into a false sense of security.

I see some states have free e-file via their websites: for example just checked for CO and they have it.
